At Running Man Sports, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality personal training & run coaching experience possible. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, Justin has the tools & expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Justin is based at Snap Fitness in Caulfield South, but can come to you, depending on location.
Online Training is also available.
Starting running at the age of 7, Justin has competed at the top level in Australian Athletics. In 2012, Running Man Sports began, starting out in Berwick, Victoria, helping a number of people who felt that they couldn't run, to running half marathons, mixing Run Coaching & Personal Training. Fast forward to today, Justin has run a successful gym in Caulfield South, mentoring the younger members within the gym and assisting members with their requirements. Justin's passion for helping others, has seen a move back to personal training on a full time basis.
Justin has just completed a Strength & Conditioning course at Victoria University, while learning from the best in Strength & Conditioning at the Western Bulldogs Football Club. The second half of 2025 will also see Justin undertake a Nutritionist Course, to be able to further service clients in a more meaningful way.
Justin believes that fitness is not just about physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing.
Justin wants to do Personal Training & Run Coaching differently to other trainers, and aims to not make things complicated.
With connections to one of the best Physios in Melbourne, along with a Massage Therapist that understands each individuals needs, you can be assured that you will be looked after.

Justin offers training and programs based off 30 years experience and also has completed a Strength & Conditioning course at the Western Bulldogs Football Club & Victoria University in 2025. Justin also has a running background, having trained with some of Australia's best distance coaches, allowing for better running programs and a better understanding of how to progress with your running.
Not at this time. Justin is undertaking a Nutritionist Course which will be completed in early 2026.

Yes, Running Man Sports offers partner and small-group training sessions for those who prefer to work out with a friend or family member. Please enquire for pricing.
