At Running Man Sports, I believe in empowering individuals to achieve their performance goals. My mission is to help athletes of any level to acheive their best by providing structured training programs.

I started running at the age of 7, and went on to run at national level, winning titles and being nationally ranked. In 2011, I completed my Certificate 3 & 4 in Health and Fitness and started my personal training journey. 2012 saw me play an integral part in helping build the Nike Run Club in Melbourne. Fast forward to 2025, I completed my Graduate Certficiate in Strength & Conditioning at Victoria University and worked at the Western Bulldogs.

At Running Man Sports, I started my journey with a simple goal: to help people live healthier, happier lives. I also have a focus on helping you get up and running, or running faster. I have also added a Strength & Conditioning component, learning from the Western Bulldogs AFL team & studying at Victoria University, to provide a greater experience for my clients.

Programs & Check In
**Cancellation Fees Apply if session is cancelled within 12 Hours
Payment:
1. Payments are made via Direct Debit and charged weekly.
2. Once off payments can be made via EFTPOS or cash.
3. If a 2nd payment isn't recieved, termination policy will be enforced.
4. If client fails to notify of cancellation, or no shows, payment will stand.
5. Payment will still stand in the event of cancellatiion, as session will be moved, if cancellation is in line with the 12 hour window.
6. If the cancellation is within 12 hours, session is lost and payment will still be required.
7. Minimum term for recurring payment options, is 6 weeks.
Cancellation of session:
1. Sessions can be cancelled with 12hrs notice. Session can be moved to an alternative time if cancelled within the appropriate time.
2. If session is cancelled within the 12 hour window, session will be lost.
3. Failure to notify or no show, will result in losing session.
Termination of Services:
1. To terminate services, 2 weeks notice must be given.
2. After 2 missed payments have occured, termination policy will apply. Outstanding money and 2 weeks notice must be paid. Failure to pay, will result in collections action.
3. As stated in payment, minimum term is 6 weeks for recurring payment options.
Consultations:
All clients must go through a consultation before starting.
Consultation covers medical/injury history, goals/needs. Depending on goals/needs, Running Man Sports may be unable to provide services.
